After eleven years of trying to

real meats, my body had learned to recognize them, and was no longer willing to accept the taste of flavor enhanced factory
foods.
Indeed, I am rather French in all my tastes ~ small quantities of splendid, top quality, nutrient - and calorie - dense, good
foods, over which I linger (and I
only like
real food, so again, keto is easy — you could even say it's my natural way of
eating).
If it's just one day, it's easy enough to pack up
food to
eat but longer than that and
food becomes a
real challenge - frozen, pre-made meals
only last a day on the road and you can
only eat so many nuts & seeds!
It is best to remember that constructing your
eating around
real food is the way to not
only lose weight, but improve your health as well.

The
only real issue I ever had with herbal tonics is the fact that though they are best absorbed
eaten as a
food rather than taken as a pill, they tend to taste pretty nasty.
There's no doubt that «dieting» works but it's
only ever a short - term fix and you can easily lose weight by
eating proper, delicious «
real food».
Donuts are probably the trendiest breakfast
food right now (okay, let's be
real... Who
ONLY eats donuts for breakfast?).
Overall, weight gainers are
only recommended if you are struggling to

food and you find it easier to drink a weight gainer shake than

only real way to get an accurate idea of exactly how many servings you are
eating is by weighing your

food scale.
I don't count calories, I
eat real food only, I did nt even look at the scale for the first few weeks because how you feel and measurements are more important anyway, and I always
eat until I am full.
I'm a huge fan of a Paleo or Paleo - ish diet (fancy terminology for
eating REAL food) because I've seen it work not
only for myself but for so many of our rebellion members and success stories.
Only the rich and those employed or owned by the rich have room to live in comfort,
real food to
eat, clean clothing and running water.
We have tried to have our 11 week old GSD puppy

For those pets that are spoiled or conditioned to
eat only one type of
food getting them to
eat regularly or anything new can be a
real chore.
Calling
real food «people
food» makes it sound as though people are the
only living creatures entitled to
eat real food.
Also, I don't feed her
only kibble, she
