feels underused; he appears

only concern is that on the road, where you can't chuck the car into corners on the brakes or exit with the tyres fully lit - up, that slightly conservative set - up in Corsa
mode will make it

The stiffer damper
mode is worth exploring on the road — so often these firmer settings are really
only appropriate for smooth circuits — because having a touch more support at each corner does take away the very small degree of floatiness in the body that can be
felt in the softer
mode, without completely ruining pliancy over bumps.
The auto» box
feels more convincing than that of the Clio R.S., shifting unobtrusively by itself (with
only the occasional shunt through the driveline at parking speeds — common to almost all twin - clutch transmissions), while in manual
mode the engine's keen rev response allows snappy -
feeling downshifts.
These
modes change not
only the throttle response and transmission's shift patterns, but also adjust the weight of the steering
feel.
In all three
modes, the M5 did a fantastic job of remaining relatively flat and composed when cornering, the
only difference that I was able to notice was that the Sport and Sport Plus
modes offered a firmer ride that seemed to communicate more road
feel through the seat of one's pants.
The Comfort setting wallowed dreadfully over bumps and undulations, the default Normal
mode (normally the «engineer's choice» setting) wasn't a lot better and it was
only in its sportiest setting that the Superb
feel like it had the body control we've come to expect from MQB cars.
It settles over smooth - edged ruts and undulations, but it never
feels as serene as you might hope, and of course the ride
only gets more unforgiving the more dialled - up your choice of damper
mode.
I prefer to be more active in my driving, so I used the automatic
modes only when I was
feeling lazy or tired.
Sport

only available here on the SQ5.

modes from the Driving Experience (which

felt the normal difficulty wasn't challenging enough, but you can't choose the hardest difficulty until you've beaten the game at least once (I dislike when games do that), but not
only that, the unlockable difficulty limits the amount of times you're allowed to save your game, so there is little chance I'll even bother playing on that
mode.
Ultimately Monday Night Combat is one of the best games to come to Arcade, it's fun to play, addictive and
feels fresh but the money asked is extreme for so few maps and
only two game
modes.
There's a distinct lack of variety in the missions, the few objective type
modes are all incredibly similar, your race and knockout
modes are exactly the same albeit with a competitor knocked out after each lap, your delivery and assassination
modes are basically the same with different targets, and every
mode has enemies you can bash anyway so even the race
modes feel the same, the
only unique
mode is one where you have to evade the cops, simple and normally a menial task.
