We create our bread and pizza using
only tapioca starch and buckwheat, combining these with other all natural ingredients.
They then adopted starch manufacturing technology and since produced and sold
only tapioca starch.

only have almond, brown and white rice, and coconut flour (as well as
tapioca and potato starch) in my pantry right now.

only thing I substituted was I didn't have potato starch, so I first tried
tapioca starch, and when the batter was too runny, i then added arrowroot powder, and when it was still too runny, i added some flour.
It's lightly sweetened (just right) and has some nutritional value but it has sugar, rice syrup, canola oil and
tapioca syrup in it, so there's more of the bad stuff in it than the good stuff i.e. 34 grams of carbohydrates and 10 grams of sugar compared to
only 4 grams of dietary fiber, 6 grams of protein and 8 % iron in every 1.8 oz.
