I can
only use the treadmill when im in the office as i do nt have a treadmill at home so while it was raining outside, i wonder how I can power walk inside.
The fitness center was small, but suited my purposes as
I only used the treadmill.

use the elliptical
only after you've done your intervals.

only a sixth or a seventh of the energy
used by
treadmills.
