I finally just resorted to
only using coconut oil because...
I suggest you stick to recipes that are developed specially for
only using coconut flour.
If I'm
only using coconut milk I miss the tang of the yogurt so I add a little lemon juice to give it that lift, otherwise I find it a little bland.
Just made this recipe
only used coconut butter instead of regular butter and 1 cup whole wheat flour / 1/2 white flour.

First reason could be if you
only used spelt flour (instead of buckwheat) and left out
coconut and almond flour.

only use a pea size of
coconut oil for your face as it spreads pretty far and you don't want your face to end up too oily.
I
used honey instead of agave, and
coconut palm sugar for half of the dates (I
only had about 7 dates on hand) and sweetened a bit more with 8 stevia drops.
I couldn't find date syrup, so I
used coconut syrup, which I bought for one of your other recipes and seeing as it

using coconut palm sugar instead of the white and brown, then raw cacao bits instead of the Giradelli.
I did
use a can of light
coconut milk to replace the water (I halved the recipe so
used only the
coconut milk) and both the ginger and jalapeño were also from a jar.
If you don't have a chocolate factory waiting for you there, it's okay, since this creative recipe
uses only a mini cupcake tin and simple ingredients such as almond butter, maple syrup, raw honey,
coconut oil, vanilla, and sea salt — and that's it!
I was reading a site on how to make soap with
coconut oil, and it said that
coconut oil is
only to be
used up to 1/3 of the amount b / c it will DRY your skin!?? How can that be, if we are all
using it to soften our skin?
You can buy canned
coconut cream or you can «make it» yourself by simply refrigerating a can of
coconut milk for at least 24 hours and then
using only the hardened / solid cream portion (save the liquid portion for another
use).
So I added a couple tablespoons flour to the sweated spices,

use these days are olive oil,

only regret with this recipe is that it
uses a partial can of
coconut milk, so I will have remind myself to add some
