I guess it's
only fitting that a movie with that many movies inside it should live on in two separate, tonally distinct
versions, a Schrödinger's cat
of a
film that changes its meaning every time you look.
It's a picture that has a couple
of genuine - seeming moments drawn out like slow taffy until they're rendered a funhouse
