open Ziploc bag in the fridge for a couple of days

First, the 5 lb bag did NOT come heat sealed and the
ziploc was
open.
OR you could take a large
ziploc (or any brand) bag - cut off one corner to desired
opening, fill bag about 1/2 way (this is why you need a large bag) then twist top and wrap in between fingers (so you can squeeze like a pastry bag).
Ice cupcakes with an
open pastry bag or a
ziploc with the corner cut off.
Place a
Ziploc bag inside a tall water glass,
open end facing upward and wrapped around the edge of the glass, so there is an
