The Padi
Open Water course is divided into 3 modules: Academic module or scuba theory with the Padi videos and Padi book, Confined Waters
where we practice diving skills and then the

AquaMarine recommends doing your
Open Water dives in Tulamben Bay (we believe this is
where you'll really fall in love with diving) or in Blue Lagoon just outside Padangbai on Bali's east coast rather than at the inferior reefs, with more difficult conditions, in the south of Bali.
Do some research in an area on how and
where you will run confined and
open water sessions, tide times if shore diving, or access to boats and
dive sites if necessary.
You will review the
Open Water course theory using the Course exam as a guide, and you will make two beach
dives where you will run through the complete skill circuit as well as spending plenty of time putting those skills into practice during underwater tours.
