The look of surprise and pure glee of
opening gifts from my family members and friends on the day of Christmas brings enjoyment to me each year.

Christmas morning brunch seems to be on the rise... we do that now too... we actually started it about 3 Christmas» ago because we don't have anyone over on Christmas morning... it is just our small
family... so we sleep in,
open gifts then eat... anyway... I already do a hashbrown casserol that I pulled together the recipe for
from other places... and it is a perfect addition... you can have anything else you want; ham, bacon, eggs, bisuits or toast... all is good together... but, we only do this once or twice a year... really good!

opening stockings Moving into the room with the tree and shiny bows and name tags
from Santa Taking turns
opening gifts Maybe, sometimes, accidentally giving away the presents before the person actually unwraps the
gift... And then breakfast, with extended
family.
The tradition is that the many
family members send baby
gifts from the comfort of their homes to the mama to be, who
opens them all on the same day, in her home, with her feet up and a cup of tea.

open a transitional living program for young women who have completed one of 3East's dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) programs for individuals with emerging borderline personality disorder, Patrick Sands said he was overwhelmed by the number of parents who thanked him for making such a program possible.
We had the best time with
family and friends and hopped
from one house to the next having dinner and drinks and watching everyone
open gifts.
