opinion, Hancock's idea is based entirely
on negative evidence — what he thinks is wrong with the accepted archaeological timeline — and he offers no positive evidence of this purported lost
civilization: no metal, no writing, no tools and not even pottery.

More importantly, in my
opinion, there are hundreds of millions of human beings
on Earth who desperately and urgently need MORE energy — particularly access to electricity, which millions have never had — if they are to have any hope of participating in what readers of this blog like to think of as «advanced
civilization».
