Dear Debasis, You may discontinue UTI funds and consider adding one mid-cap fund like HDFC Mid-cap
opp fund or Franklin Prima fund (assuming your time - frame is say 10 + years).
You may ignore Kotak Emerging if picking HDFC Mid-cap
opp fund.
If you insist me to short list few funds, you may consider balanced fund like HDFC balanced fund, Large cap like Birla Frontline equity, Diversified funds like Franklin Prima plus / ICICI Value discovery, Mid-cap like HDFC Mid cap

If the portfolio overlap is on higher side, you may drop of couple of them and consider investing in a Mid-cap fund like UTI mid-cap or HDFC mid cap
