An optimal weight workout could be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 3 hours, it depends!

Again, if you want to get
optimal results with this exercise, include it in
workouts that deal with a lot of volume and moderate
weight.
Often, it forces you to use a different
weight than you would like to ideally, and you end up not getting an
optimal workout.
What this means is stimulating your muscles with different types of
workouts, where, in one session you perform more reps with a lower
weight, and in another session you do fewer reps with heavier
weights, which will trigger an anabolic response from your muscles, where in combination with resting and recovery will produce the most
optimal environment in which your muscles your muscles will grow.
In other words, working with heavy
weights and hitting
optimal weekly volume is more important than the number of
workouts you do.
You can have the top of the line dumbbell set,
workout bench, and
weight machines money can buy, but if you aren't eating the right foods to boost your efforts, you won't achieve
optimal results.
While heavy (> 85 % 1RM)
weights can certainly contribute to muscle growth (not to mention strength), they're not
optimal for a very simple reason: the heavier the
weight, the fewer reps you can perform (per set, per
workout, etc.), and therefore, the less volume you'll be able to rack up.
Many times women exercise to get to a particular dress size, but obviously not everyone is going to be a size 2 or 4 or 6, so for women in general how would they go about determining what's

workout they'll need to achieve
