I did notice that it seemed like most
options were heavily marketing themselves as

vegan - friendly
options.
But any sugar will also break down the onion juices — we've done this with maple syrup and it works great too especially
if you need a
vegan option.

If ice cream makers scare you - they scared me for a while - I thought it would be too complicated to make homemade ice cream, but after going
vegan and having no other
option but to make my own ice cream - I gave in, and I'm glad that I did.

options (as well as soy - free and
vegan cheese), and numerous other companies like Cabot also offer lactose - free varieties.
Morimoto has a great selection of
vegan options, making a great place to dine
if you're with a picky bunch.
