If you don't have a high quality essential oil that is certified for therapeutic benefits then use
orange extract instead.

Instead of vanilla (didn't have any in the pantry) we put
orange flower water with the almond
extract.

Orange and the
extract I'll use
orange instead of vanilla.

Whenever I can, I use whole foods
instead of
extracts (lemon zest,
orange zest, vanilla bean powder, cinnamon)- and I buy most of the
extracts on Amazon (cherry, maple, etc.).
