line where the
orange stones meet white
corresponds with the camera held up to the photographer's eye and therefore becomes an eyeline because it seems so low down in reality.
This assumes global emissions peak in the next year or two and then decline in a straight
line, achieving net zero emissions shortly after mid-century,
corresponding to a 66 % probability of less than 1.5 C of warming in 2100 (narrow
orange line).
