The fault for the current unhappiness with CREA's, OREA's and some local boards» past and planned future decisions falls squarely at the root of the problem, being on
ORE's 100,000 paying
members» shoulders.

ORE, but it is clear that I still care more about the correct ways and means of conducting the moral, ethical and legal aspects of the real estate transaction business than do you, otherwise I would not be bothered with real estate issues which do not directly concern me at this time.
The professional aim of Canadian
ORE «should be» to make sure that «its»
members «do not», without forethought, take advantage of inequalities «out there» in pursuit of profits.

ORE in no way wants fewer
members to be paying monthly fees and that is your problem.
Keep coming on here, claiming that I and the 63 %, thus far, only represent a miniscule minority of the «real» professionals within
ORE, and you just may encourage more
members to vote, against your position.
As a
member of CREA, who followed both the Code of Ethics and decisions rendered by it's Board of Directors to the letter, I could not speak freely on issues like Mere Postings, DFF, Trademark Infringement, Limited Agency Practitioners, MLS infrastructure problems, MLS Data falsification, Full Disclosure or even the Bias towards Sellers that is built into
ORE as of today.
I believe that the Canadian Constitution trumps whatever CREA and other
ORE driven brakes are in place re the ability to speak out against another Realtor, or any
member or
ORE for that matter, bureaucrats included, via edicts and threats of censure from on high.
