Oregano oil is very strong (which is why you want to dilute it) but very effective
at clearing out your nasal passages and soothing a sore throat.
Rose geranium, palo santo, peppermint, citronella, lemon grass and
oregano essential
oil have shown to be efficacious
at keeping the bugs
at bay.
While you are
at it, add a drop or two of pure
oregano oil to salad dressings.

I have the following fluids / drops here
at the house: combination CBG extract and ALJ (both from Nature's Sunshine) and also Thieves Essential

Oregano (I heard that this last one can be too strong for the liver?).
Based on studies that have been done, surprisingly, only a small fraction of good bacteria was affected by the
oregano oil, while the bad bacteria was eradicated
at much higher levels.
So to sum it up: Green drink and
at night one to two drops of
Oil of
Oregano on the base of your spine and you should start feeling better,
at least I hope you will..
Oregano Oil: Buy it organic
at a natural products store or online.
When combined with
oregano oil, coconut
oil is more effective
at fighting deadly staph bacteria than antibiotics!
Discontinue natural / herbal products that alter gut bacteria (
oregano oil, berberine, grapefruit seed extract, etc), laxatives (natural and pharmaceutical) and probiotics / prebiotics for
at least 7 days prior to testing.
Often I'll have someone do a simple dysbiosis protocol
at this stage, using a full spectrum parasite and yeast killer along with
oil of
oregano and a probiotic if I suspect an overgrowth of bad bacteria.
Oregano oil is so combative against inhibiting bacteria proliferation that you will want to avoid taking your daily probiotic
at the same time.

at most health food stores like WholeFoods.
