It has bee a couple months since launching the
Organ Meat Makeover, so I figured it was time to share one of the
recipe included in the e-book.
This
recipe isn't an exact science because it was a process, but in the end I enjoyed the result and it was a very palatable way to increase my
organ meat consumption and help build back up my nutrient stores.
I'm continuing my
organ meat experiments and came up with a delicious
recipe for grilled sweetbreads.
