Tonight I tried
the organic brown rice pasta by Amisa for dinner and it's lovely — definitely my new pasta of choice!
My pasta pot is used for whole grain
organic brown rice pasta or as a steamer for vegetables.

I really like the fact that it's certified USDA
organic and made from whole grains — specifically amaranth,
brown rice and corn, but I'll admit, I was dubious about how it would stand up to wheat
pasta.

My favourite way to serve this up is on a bed of
brown rice and quinoa (I do a 50 - 50 mix, soaked overnight then cooked in
organic vegetable stock), but you could even serve this over some wholewheat
pasta, or cold on top of salad greens.
That being said,
pasta is usually my go - to meal, so making
organic brown rice quinoa
pasta (try saying that ten times fast!)

They have so many items that are gluten and dairy free that I have so far been unable to find in supermarkets, such as

As far as what we eat is a wide range of vegetables (not including white potatoes), a wide range of whole fruits, 90 cc mix of no salt tree nuts, (that's my approximation of Dr. Weber's handful of nuts), wide variety of beans and legumes usually about 1/4 cup dry, whole grains example
