"Organic butter" refers to butter that is made from milk obtained from cows that have been raised naturally, without the use of hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides. It is a term used to describe a more natural and environmentally friendly process of butter production.

with organic butter, ghee or vegan butter.
If you'd like to use melted
organic butter in place of the olive oil, that's fine, too.
The key is to replace the carbs with healthy fats such as avocados, coconut oil, egg yolks, raw grass
fed organic butter, olives and nuts.
Eat organic butter like cheese, olive oil on salads and toast and we cook in loads of ghee, coconut oil and butter.
But before you go enjoying butter again yourself, remember to
choose organic butter for the extra health boost.

The only thing to make them healthier would be swap the chemical laden fake butter with
real organic butter.
But did you know you can make your
own organic butter that's actually as healthy as a superfood?
The best I can get is
certified organic butter which is mostly grass fed but also supplemented with certified organic grains including corn and soy.
I began
incorporating organic butter back into my diet recently, along with sprouted brown rice twice a week, but otherwise nothing else has changed.
And tossing out the alternative «spread» and using real,
organic butter in its place will mostly definitely be appreciated.
