on here (I realise this post was written some time ago now) but sometimes after showering and using
coconut oil, if I want that little bit of extra hydration I use the Kora
Organics body moisturiser
on my décolleté and perhaps a bit
on my skins too.
From what I've researched the majority of studies
on coconut oil used hydrogenated
coconut oil rather than
organic extra virgin cold pressed
coconut oil.
You can mix the
coconut oil into lemon water or plain
organic yogurt if you can't tolerate the
oil on its own.
If I lived there full - time it would be quite the effort to get my hands
on Justin's almond butter, Rao's marinara, or
organic coconut oil.

On the other hand, if you sauté your dark leafy greens in a little
coconut oil,
organic butter, or olive
oil (some of the best, natural fats), you will be better able to absorb the vitamin K it contains.
Just made these to exact recipe specs, choosing tahini (Trader Joes
organic) vs
coconut oil and dark chocolate chips with only one exception - I put one Sweet and Spicy pecan (Trader Joes)
on each top before baking mainly for looks (and because I look for excuses to eat them).
