Also, if you're really short on cash, eating the non
organic or grass fed version of a
meat, vegetable, or
eggs is still better than eating breads, pasta, fast food,
and the like.
I also recommend being moderate in your protein consumption,
and making sure
meat and other animal products like dairy
and eggs come from
organic, pasture - raised animals.
Great sources of healthy fat include coconuts
and coconut oil, grass - fed
meats and dairy products, raw nuts
and organic - pastured
egg yolks.
It's downright affordable — while grass - fed

and antibiotic - free chicken add up, it's still less than what I normally spend on wine
