I also recommend being moderate in your protein consumption, and making sure meat and other animal products like
dairy and eggs come from
organic,
pasture - raised animals.
Great sources of healthy fat include coconuts and coconut oil, grass - fed meats and
dairy products, raw nuts and

pastured egg yolks.
Veggies that grow above ground, beef (
organic, grass fed), chicken (

pastured), salmon (wild - caught), butter, heavy cream (
organic is a must, raw
dairy is even better!).
It should also include quality protein such as grass - fed /
pastured meats,
organic soaked beans and legumes and raw
dairy.
On the other hand, if it's grass - fed
dairy you're eating, it's less important that it's also labeled as
organic since the cows will naturally be exposed to less chemicals in a
pasture - raised environment.
While I have incorporated some regular food back in to my diet, I still keep up with the probiotic rich cultured raw
dairy products, healthy oils (like coconut oil), kombucha,
organic veggies and grass - fed /
pastured meats and fermented veggies.
dairy is better raw and
organic / grass fed as well, if you do
dairy this could potentially be more important to good tolerance of it than grass fed or
pastured meat.
