What to eat
instead: Buy some plain,
organic Greek style yogurt and add your own fruit and a touch of natural sweetener, like
Stevia or coconut sugar.
Use
organic, unbleached, raw sugar
instead of
stevia liquid if you really want the waffles to taste sweet.
The pear and grapes were to naturally add sweetness but you could probably leave this out and use
stevia,
organic raw agave or honey
instead.
What I do
instead is use either a very small touch of
organic maple syrup or a half packet of natural
stevia to just lightly sweeten my coffee.

Using a small amount of
