Besides all the stellar veg and veg - friendly places to eat
here in Kansas City, we also have a 100 % vegan meal delivery service, numerous health food
stores (including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and some locally - owned ones too), several farmers markets (such as the impressive City Market), large vegan and raw food meetup groups, multiple CSAs and year - round
organic / local produce home delivery services, a growing city - wide enthusiasm for local and
organic foods, and even a new Café Gratitude location on the way.
Morgan — puffed quinoa is like puffed rice but made with quinoa,
here in Finland it's available in health food
stores and
organic shops.
All of these things are important to me, and I'd much rather see people using
organic sugar in their own home before going to the grocery
store and buying a cake that contains 100 ingredients, including trans fats and everything else I'm going to talk about
here.
I am on the east coast of the U.S. and we have a costco / sams club type chain of
stores here called «BJ's» and they stock a 3 lb bag of
organic frozen mixed berries for just 10 dollars!

ORGANIC «Better Than Bouillon» can be found at natural foods grocery
stores and I also find larger jars at our Costco
here in Colorado.
All of the herbs are available in bulk
here for much less than
store prices, and they are
organic too.
I hope you'll find some time to make broths, prepare fermented foods (you can buy some good brands at the
store if you really don't have time to ferment — Zukay, Bubbies, and Rejuevenate
organic raw foods), and to use trace minerals in the dropper bottle as I've suggested
here.
