I hate that they used to have
organic sugar as the first ingredient and now they don't... also there are way better ones out on the market these days... my vote is no...

I'm a huge fan of coconut oil, in fact of the coconut in general
as a source of quality fats and
sugars when unrefined, unprocessed, and
organic.
The longer you leave it, the less sweet it will be
as the grains will develop by eating the raw
organic sugar.
