To let you know where I'm coming from, I grew certified

I don't know how much money they spent doing this study, yet another
in the stream of studies showing the same exact thing, but I bet it's more than they'll spend helping farmers who grow actual real
organic veggies.
When
in doubt, go
organic when your budget allows (and maybe even grow some of your own
veggies!).
Admittedly, while I recommend eating
organic fruits and
veggies, free range chicken, and grass - fed beef whenever possible, these products can be a bit more expensive
in conventional stores due to the processes needed to get them there.
And it is probably
organic and not GMO foods sprayed with Glyphosate that most all people fail to realize is
in every meal if you are not 100 %
organic with not only fruits and
veggies, but with grass fed dairy and meat as well.
Not all people can afford to buy food from
organic shops only due to its higher cost (I think this is the case
in most countries), and people who live
in the cities can not grow their own
veggies.
My two cents, as a grain - free pescatarian, is that centering my meals around
veggies, nuts, fruit, and fish, and throwing
in legumes, other seafood, and
organic eggs & dairy on occasion works great.
Stock your kitchen and pantry with quick, healthy snacks that mama can grab easily: homemade trail mixes that are pre-portioned, sliced
veggies and hummus,
organic blue corn chips with guacamole, or overnight oatmeal already prepped
in the fridge are just a few ideas.
For this reason, I make sure to really load up on antioxidant - rich fruits, berries, teas, red wine, unsweetened
organic cocoa (
in smoothies, etc), and
veggies to help prevent sickness.
On our goals list to accomplish
in 2013 is fermenting sauerkraut, mayo and
veggies from our tiny
organic garden.

in the oven right now to get ready for bone broth, and I just bought a 3 month supply of probiotic quattro, and lots of
