What particularly struck me about the list

of organisations represented, from start - ups to established
players; technology companies to retailers; and UK - headquartered operations to sprawling global giants.
It's a far cry from the «hire and forget» mentality
of many
organisations, and worlds away from the way top football
teams brought in new
players ten years ago.
