originally went low carb, a number of years ago, to lose some pounds that had crept
on (20) while eating a very low fat, Dr. Ornish style
diet.
But every time I
go through the
diet plan of someone who is struggling to lose belly fat, I find that they are eating more calories than they
originally thought, and it is almost always because of mindless snacking
on sugary junk.
