But at the same time, especially in the old testament, there is plenty of material that is either mathematically improbable (to the point of nearly impossible), likely historically inaccurate and self aggrandized, and in some cases just down - right awful (
other people have listed a few of the
atrocities called out
for in the bible, we all know they're there).
«Nazism» would be an anachronistic thing to look
for — but the
atrocities of the Holocaust are equally condemned... as are many
other things the bible calls evil (including things that many evangelicals aren't so quick to point out).

for other tribes to terrorize
for crimes and corruption because they have the security agencies to protect them.
