And while some finishes are nice — ceramic tile floors and counters in the bathrooms and granite in the kitchen, others, like our oak cabinets, massive bathroom mirrors, and all light fixtures are VERY builder grade.

For the bathrooms I have Tilex which works wonders, you spray it on the counters, sinks, bath, toilet... leave and do some other housework or something for 30 minutes to an hour (open that bedroom window though cause the fumes are strong) come back and wipe everything down or let the shower spray rinse it all away and voila!

Of the other two bathrooms, both will have new counters and the ensuite will have a new sink.
