I would recommend strawberries as a good replacement but
if you want to avoid
berries you could experiment with
other fruit like kiwi perhaps.
If I have particularly unripe
berries, I combine them with fresh stone fruit or
other berries to make a sweeter tart.

if you grew up eating jellied or whole
berry cranberry sauce, I was surprised to see it just about split down the middle.

If I say the word «smoothie» most of you, myself inclusive, probably imagine a tall purple / pink drink, filled with
berries, milk, banana and
other good stuff, and with the word «juice» apple and orange automatically follows.
I am not too fond of just eating them by themselves but
if you make your own trail mix and add
other berries, seeds, and nuts then these are more palatable.
If you're going to make this cake any
other time of the year, chef Andreas Viestad, in his book Kitchen of Light, advises using a combination of fresh or frozen
berries and canned fruit.

if desired, into a blender and whizz until well combined.

Combine frozen

if using), and strawberry milk in a high powered blender until smooth.
Many of these Baby Smoothie Recipes are only suitable
if baby has had yogurt, milk, and wheat and / or strawberries,
other berries / citrus without any problems.
If the antioxidants are your priority, consider
other foods like phytoplankton, spirulina, astaxanthin or organic
berries.
For the Filling: 1 cup of strawberries, cut up Honey or syrup
Other fillings that are delicious: bananas, blueberries, raspberries, mixed
berries, yogurt (
if you're not dairy - free), walnuts... use your imagination!
I'm not sure
if it's the carbs in the blueberries or some
other phytochemical or property of the
berry, but it's definitely something worth trying.

If you're new to making smoothies, a simple but delicious and nutritious starter would consist of a handful of kale or
other baby greens, a chopped medium banana, a half of a sliced apple, skins left on, a handful of
berries, and a nutrient boosting add - on, like 2 teaspoons of chia seeds or hemp seeds.

If I remember that correctly, then wouldn't it be better to recommend that a person snack on whole
berries of something
other than grapes?

other seasonal fruit you can find, this cake also works especially well with cherries, plums, or
berries) and arrange on the top of the cake, with the addition of some crushed pistachios and coconut flakes

The last thing I look for in a good bar is simply a bonus

if it has any superfoods or greens... superfoods such as spirulina, maca, blue - green algae, kelp, chlorella, goji
berry, raw cacao or organic cocoa powder, and
other greens, etc..

berries especially), green leafy vegetables and
other vegetables, beans and legumes such as lentils, and nuts and seeds including ground flax daily at 2 tablespoons.
The top 10 foods recommended by the MIND Diet are green leafy vegetables,
other vegetables (especially non-starchy ones like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.), nuts,
berries, beans, whole grains (think oats, quinoa and brown rice), fish, poultry, olive oil and some red wine (optional —
if you're not already consuming, starting won't necessarily benefit you, but
if you already drink red wine, a 5 - ounce glass daily is recommended).

if you allow me to suggest something, it would be to have you
berries and any
other fruit always on their own on an empty stomach and away from meals.
It tastes like
berries i do add this with coconut milk and sometimes
other fruits but honestly you do nt need to add anything extra
if you did nt want to.
With the exception of
berries if you like them, avoid all
other fruits and especially fruit juices.
