What I find is that
carb and fats tend to balance
out pretty well over time as long as you don't go too overboard with one or the
other.
Others rely on large amounts of cheap stimulants and
carbs to give you a jolt of energy that may make for a better workout, but also wipes you
out.

Other than that, I'm trying to follow the diet guidelines by cutting
out as many toxic foods as possible, not overdoing it on the protein and allowing a modest amount of starchy
carbs.
«That's too many
carbs» or «I can't eat that much food» or «I should eat more protein» or any
other dieting dogma has now gone
out the window for me.
The worst thing for your body is loading up on pizza, ice cream, and
other carb - rich junk after a night
out of drinking.
