with HFCS) vs. an orange).
Because after 13 years, romance means stuffing ourselves
with carbs and comparing the size of each
other's food babies afterwards.
I made them
with normal milk rather than almond milk and apple juice as I'm low -
carb rather than paleo, and I found they didn't need any
other sweetener.
The MFP database uses averages by brand — I shop for and use the brands
with the smallest
carb count as I assume
others do as well.
Not sure what happened but that means I am off by quite a lot for day one and this worries me for
