Tim i found it liberating to just do what the Lord wants you to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if
others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to
others in the worship team i havent wanted to be the leader i have done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship teams i think the Lord has
other plans as the groups i am in
seem to be
changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry about
change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge
change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big
change was my identity moved from me and what i could do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though
others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by
others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz

Jeremy i am surprised you never countered my argument Up till now the above view has been my understanding however things
change when the holy spirit speaks. He amazes me because its always new never old and it reveals why we often misunderstand scripture in the case of the woman caught in adultery. We see how she was condemned to die and by the grace of God Jesus came to her rescue that
seems familar to all of us then when they were alone he said to her Go and sin no more. This is the point we misunderstand prior to there meeting it was all about her death when she encountered Jesus something incredible happened he turned a death situation into life situation so from our background as sinners we still in our thinking and understanding dwell in the darkness our minds are closed to the truth. In effect what Jesus was saying to her and us is chose life and do nt look back that is what he meant and that is the walk we need to live for him. That to me was a revelation it was always there but hidden.Does it
change that we need discipline in the church that we need rules and guidelines for our actions no we still need those things. But does it
change how we view non believers and even ourselves definitely its not about sin but its all about choosing life and living. He also revealed some
other interesting things on salvation so i might mention those on the once saved always saved discussion.Jeremy just want to say i really appreciate your website because i have not really discussed issues like this and it really is making me press in to the Lord for answers to some of those really difficult questions.regards brentnz

change.

(3) formation flexibility — it took 20 years for Wenger to return to a back 3 and now he can't
seem to choose anything but that formation... the teams in the premiership and those we could face in the Europa will present vastly different tactics and we need to have a manager who can prepare this squad for this eventuality and have the fortitude to make the necessary adjustments throughout the season... I have seen nothing in the past 6 - 7 years to suggest that he is the man to take on this challenge... I can't even remember when he
changed formations when he would replace a small, pacy striker, like during the Walcott experiment, with the lumbering Giroud... of course this is exactly why there is no
other manager in the world that plays more players out of their natural positions (square peg in a round hole)
I'm not getting carried away, but I always thought we had a good enough team to win the league, but there was clearly a major disagreement in the team after Christmas, as nobody was even looking each

change.

seem suited to Chambers, just like it is with the

It's a shame really how people are so plastic over here.We
seem to
change our views so easily. Why can't people just make up their minds? It's like people don't have stance. As I've been saying and will keep saying we have many good players but as good as they are they're overrated. We've just compromised as a club. There are problems in every single role in the team, from defence to attack.Yet these problems will constantly be ignored. Some players are cleary not good enough but say it and the stats lovers will come out.The main problem wrong with the team is the centre. The
other problem is Wenger and his misuse of players.I for one don't really rate Ramsey - Xhaka partnership in a sense that it's defensively weak with Xhaka not good enough defensively and Ramsey very inconsistent. The only player excellent defensively in the centre in Arsenal's team is Coquelin and I think he should be playing though many won'tsee why.Look how easily the balls went through the midfield.Coquelin should be partnered with another CM in our current team.People shouldn't deceive themselves Xhaka that Xhaka isn't a DM.He's just not good defensively admit it.We need a DM more than a CM in my opinion or a hybrid like Sanches or Jankto.
Come on mate everyone knows our club has gone threw a transactional period that we will probably never see in our life time again football has
changed since the billionaires have come in we had to make the
changes no
other manager could of kept us in the top four while we had to
change our whole structure I'm not saying wenger is perfect he does fustrate us all sometimes but were in safe hands and were going in the right direction not that I know a lot about the ffp but something is happening and every year we
seem to becoming in a stronger position to what wenger is trying to achieve for our club we all know this is wenger last contract and even if he win the cl or the epl he won't sign another contract it just fustrates me that the way people act sometimes our time is coming even wen wenger leaves we will still have hope that we can compete for honours lets just enjoy beign arsenal fans and what will be will be cause wen in a very stable position and that is all the hope I need that our time will come in the future COYG
If the Sounders spend even $ 3 million on a DP this summer (which
seems very likely), that will put them into the top three spending teams on player wages (assuming no
other significant
changes, which is a tough assumption).
Of course there is also the small matter of Arsene Wenger's contract to be resolved, but if Le Prof does re-sign for another two years he will have to make massive
changes to the squad one way or the
other, and this would
seem to go against his usual philosophy of continuity, stability and cohesion, which has seen him keeping his team together and extending contracts of players that have come through the Arsenal youth system.
Many Chelsea players have gone out on loan in the past and never returned, but there
seems to be a slight
