I did substitute G / F flour in the crust recipe and added one tablespoon of corn starch in the cheesecake recipe as the batter was very loose compared to most othercheesecakes I've made in the past.
These aren't as light or «healthy» as I hoped they would be, but they're still a cut above the rest compared to many othercheesecakes, not to mention that they look GODLY 8).
