Conscious
chocolate does have a lower melting point than

and because we do not use any emulsifiers.

other recipes I wanted to tackle, however, last week, since I also wanted to have something with
coconut flavor, I went ahead
and made these.
Much better than
other chocolate cake recipes I've tried that use dates
and coconut flour.
It contains everything from Peanut M&M's to Hershey's Kisses to Ferrero Rocher, plus assorted
other essentials like
chocolate chips, shredded
coconut, marshmallows,
and Heath toffee bits.

other day I got some wonderful news regarding my

I even went out
and bought a Zico
chocolate coconut water the
other day.
I subbed in the
coconut oil for the almond butter (just what I had on hand)
and I filled half of mine with the
chocolate chips
and the
other half I left plain
and topped with sugar (stevia)
and cinnamon.

and are a healthier alternative to
other candy when you are craving something sweet.
As soon as I received the powder I used it in my homemade raw
chocolate which I make with raw
Coconut Butter as the base, adding
other ingredients until it is to my liking
and then freezing it for an excellent raw treat.

In fact, I'd argue that the
coconut oil enhances the flavors of the
other ingredients — the dark caramel of the
coconut sugar, the nuttiness from the quinoa flour
and even the sweetness from the
chocolate chips.
Most of the
other recipes I found for making raw
chocolate used cacao butter instead, which may well create a slightly superior
chocolate base
and be less crumbly (I found the
coconut butter does make it ever so slightly crumbly).
In the morning layer with the
coconut yogurt
and granola — my
chocolate pumpkin works perfectly with this recipe, but any
other granola you have would be fine!

other things, she's been making a version of my
chocolate chip cookies sans
chocolate, adding
coconut, walnuts
and raisins.
I used the Marble Cake
and the
Chocolate Frosting recipes from Kelly at The Spunky
Coconut,
and a jar of my homemade honey - sweetened strawberry jam to create a lovely cake that is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, or any
other special occasion.
Add all the
other ingredients:
coconut cream, chickpeas, hazelnuts, melted
chocolate, melted
coconut oil
and date syrup.
Coffee
and other hot drinks (Tombo matcha, Prana agave chai, Mork hot
chocolate, Zig Zag tea) will be available with a variety of dairy alternatives including soy, oat,
coconut, cashew
and almond (there will be no dairy on - site).
This raw

other raw cheesecake I have eaten to date!
I was just thinking about a
coconut oil
chocolate chipper the
other day,
and of course these look great.
The top layer is a mix of whatever nuts
and seeds you like, I used a blend of pumpkin seeds, mixed
other seeds, dessicated
coconut, popped quinoa
and a cheeky drizzle of dark
chocolate for good measure, but this is optional.
To be eligible, combine any Scharffen Berger
chocolate with one or more of 12 select «adventure ingredients» (yerbe mate,
coconut cream, tapioca flour, corn meal, pine nuts, sweet potato
and other ingredients native to cacao - belt countries) in an original recipe.
Add all the
other ingredients: ground hazelnuts,
coconut cream, cacao powder
and melted
chocolate.
These are incredible on their own, but then I had an idea to try making a raw WHITE
chocolate ganache to go on top, so I threw some ingredients in the Vitamix — cacao butter,
coconut oil, soaked cashews, agave, lucuma,
and some
other stuff — to see what would come out.
I added all of the
other ingredients except for the honey (I figured that the
coconut sugar / applesauce mixture already subbed in for that)
and chocolate / white
chocolate chips (we used some enjoy life mini chips).....
All what's required to make the
chocolate peanut butter energy bites is some peanut butter,
coconut flour (which BTW, to this day I have not managed to successfully use in any
other recipe), cocoa powder, maple syrup
and vanilla bean paste.
Another way to go could be maybe your own
chocolate with a mix of cocoa,
coconut oil, stevia (or
other allowed sweetener)
and freezing it before cutting it into chunks.
They also sell
other chocolates,
coconut truffles, quinoa,
and rice.
I added a pinch of cinnamon to some, a pinch of cayenne to
others,
and for the white
chocolate spoons, I added some
coconut essence.
Dark
chocolate and coconut were made for each
other in my opinion.
Add chia seeds, almond /
chocolate almond /
coconut milk, maple syrup
and all
other non-toppings to a large bowl
and stir well to combine
1 small beet — baked, steamed or boiled,
and peeled 1/2 cup soft dates — pitted 1/3 cup unsweetened canned
coconut milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup or maple syrup, optional 2 1/2 cups regular rolled oats — coarsely ground in a food processor 2 cups barley puffs, quinoa puffs or
other whole grain puffs 1/2 cup sesame tahini 1/2 cup almond butter handful cacao nibs 1/2 cup raisins pinch sea salt melted dark
chocolate for drizzling (I use these dairy free
chocolate chips)
I also added
chocolate chips
and raw almonds instead of
coconut and cherries or
other fruit for topping.
