console makers, libraries, grocery stores, real estate agents, etc. etc....
Now look at the gaming world... the only exclusives you have anymore are by developers owned by the respective
console makers... in
other words, games Sony makes are exclusive to PS3, MS games on Xbox, etc. 3rd party companies know they've been seriously losing out on sales by making games for one
console.

console makers shouldn't pay
other publishers to hold some games from for a time being onto coming out to
other consoles

this is why stuff like the
console wars are comical, the fanboys want the
other side to die, but if you didn't have Sony it has already been shown what MS would be doing with
console, this is why I will always cheer a 2 or more party market as it forces the
makers of the item to please the user or they go to the alternative.

maker (currently studying), my lifelong dream is to develop a game for a Nintendo
console, but I'm really curious about the reasons you are making this for WiiU / 3DS as first choices (well, second after PC, but still) when all
others usually get Apple / Android / OUYA /
others as smaller stretch goals than the promised WiiU stretch goal?
