Oh yeah, they are so useful for so many recipes... egg nog, meringues, edible
cookie dough:) They look just like
other egg cartons from the outside, so you have to read the fine print, or ask your grocer.
This might be a dumb question, but the instructions say to transfer the covered
dough to the
cookie sheet, score, and bake... do you bake it with the
other parchment on top?
As I readied two batches of
cookie dough, one for rich espresso and the
other for elegant matcha green tea, Garth Brooks» Unanswered Prayers played in my head.
