Prepare Raw Salted Caramel Macadamia Pie Crust or
any other crust you prefer and press at least 1.5 inches [4 cm] up side of a lined 8 inch [20 cm] removable - base tin.
Place half the apple mixture on one crust and the other half on
the other crust.
If you've made
my other crusts, this process will be familiar.
And it overturns everything
every other crust recipe gives as gospel.
Allow cauliflower to cool slightly and then stir riced cauliflower and
all other crust ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
Add
all other crust ingredients, reserving the 1 Tablespoon of almond flour and mix until incorporated.

no other crust can.
This was better than
any other crust I have made!
It also is gluten free, half the carbs as
our other crusts and low in sugar.
There are
other crusts my family and I prefer, but if you are gluten free, this is a great, easy option.
Top with
the other crust material and bake until the cream cheese seems mostly set.
On
the other crust I convinced the kids that spinach, sliced baby tomatoes and feta cheese was the way to go.
Once creamy, add
all other crust ingredients and blend until well combined (chunks of walnuts are ok!).
