Although many of us want to believe that A2 milk is a miracle cure for our dairy problems, it's important to know that there are
other dairy components — besides the A1 beta - casein protein — that cause problems.
These products are in great demand across the world, as consumers recognize the benefits of high quality dairy proteins, carbohydrates, minerals and
other dairy components in their diet.
Not exact matches
The cacoa bean from which commercial chocolate is made is a raw ingredient, no
dairy, gluten, or
other allergenic
components to be found.
At the
other end of the
dairy spectrum, some experts, like naturopath Johanna Clark, believe milk and
other dairy products aren't a vital
component of a healthy diet.
Of course, it may be that
other components in
dairy counterbalance its effects.
The effects of casein — particularly isolated casein, separated from
other components of
dairy that often work synergistically — can't be generalized to all forms of milk protein, much less all forms of animal protein.
Not only do the core
components (casein, lactose and
other proteins) of
dairy cause problems within many individual's bodies, but cows that produce much of our
dairy products are fed antibiotics, hormones, GMOs, soy, corn, and gluten.
These results suggested that while calcium intake may play a role in body weight regulation, additional benefits might be attributable to
other bioactive
components of
dairy products, such as proteins, fatty acids, and branched chain amino acids.
