Babaganoush is a an eggplant based
dip with a variety of
other spices depending on the origin of the
recipe you use.
This
recipe makes leftover pesto that you can use on
other meats, as a sauce for zoodles or pasta, or as a nice
dip for veggies.
A couple of things that could contribute to the batter being thicker than expected: - Not letting the flax egg fully set - Not using the exact flour blend in the
recipe (I have not tested this with
other flours, only the ones in my blend)-
Dipping the measuring cup into the flour vs. spooning it into the measuring cup - The flour not being at room temperature (if it's from the fridge or freezer, it will be dryer and will suck up the moisture).
Combining chicken, greens and potatoes, this one - pan
recipe is a meal in itself, but it would also be delicious with homemade hummus or
other easy spreads like cucumber - yogurt
dip.
So I just realized after I posted the
other recipe that you were now looking for
dips / salsas, not appetizers.

Dip I want to invite you to join with
others who are making healthy changes, if you haven't done so already.
OK, I just finished making a small test batch of this sauce (quartered the
recipe because I've had fails with caramels before), and while I usually wait to review something til after myself and
others have tried a few samples... I had to head to the laptop to write a review right away just so I would stop
dipping my finger tip in and licking!
But then again, if you go with the whole
recipe you'll have extra sauce left over to spread on
other sandwiches or to use as a
dip for grilled artichokes.
This
recipe is inspired by the Olive Garden dish of the same name, and it's one of my favorite dishes to order there (you know, when I actually want something
other than just bread sticks and alfredo
dipping sauce, because I can totally make a meal out of that).

Dip
I did use a couple variations based on the Confit Byaldi
recipe you give the link to above: 1) cooked the onion and garlic, salt and pepper in olive oil until soft in a pan, then 2) took half a red bell pepper, cooked according to the Byaldi
recipe, chopped it and mixed into the mix above, 3) simmered the whole thing with some parsley, thyme leaves and half a bay leaf, removing the thyme and bay leaf once it heated up; 4) used sliced tomatoes instead of red bell peppers interspersed with the
other veggies, and made the vinaigrette according to the Byaldi
recipe to decorate the plates /
dip the ratatouille in.

Make the whole
recipe, keep the
other half in the fridge, and spoon it out as the best freaking fresh apple
dip you've ever had in your whole darn life.
Of course being a teen, honey mustard dressing was served as a
dipping sauce and they were a big hit with the family -LCB- my
other recipes included Corned Beef + Cabbage, yes it is true -RCB-!
This is a very healthy cream sauce you can use as a nice
dip for veggies or with

At Thanksgiving itself there were tons of
