Other ingredients I frequently put in salads include: a small sprinkling of seeds or nuts and cranberries (or

Many people observe that freeze -
dried Acai
berry tastes better than
other methods of preserving Acai
berries.
The amount of sugar that
dried mulberry contain is half the amount of sugar in
other berries, like raisins.
Dr. Gonzalez seemed to say yes, whereas
others have concluded that as
dried cherries didn't have any melatonin as opposed to fresh, therefore
