Bring the second baby up to your other breast, cradling him in the crook of
your other elbow.
Twist the body and again touch
your other elbow to the other knee.
Hold in the position for a second, then relax your body and then do the same with
your other elbow and leg.
As in other exercises using the hammer grip, this makes it possible to more effectively distribute the effort toward
the other elbow flexors and the long head of the biceps.
It is a good idea to check
the other elbow prior to considering surgical repair so that you and your vet can discuss surgical repair options for that elbow as well, if necessary.
There is a strong possibility that
the other elbow may already be affected or may develop problems later.
