goal to offer startups far more than money, including dedicated recruiting
teams, marketing
teams, and probably most usefully an active business development
team.

team with Arsenal, Tottenham, RB Salzburg and Dortmund all linked with moves

other areas of the
team for their displays.

goals in the
team in the form of a quality striker.

Mertz should never have been our captain in the first place... who has ever heard of a
team that makes 11th hour transfer buys (Arteta & Mertz) then seemingly places those same individuals into prominent leadership positions from the get - go... indicative of the problems that have permeated our clubhouse
for the better part of 7 years under the Kroenke & Wenger... what is wrong with the players chosen and / or the management style of Wenger that doesn't develop and / or encourage strong leadership from within... Mertz was the fine collecting lackey from year one... this is what happens when you don't get world - class players because many times they want to have a voice on and off the pitch and this can't happen when you play
for a fragile manager who has developed a coddling wage structure where everyone is rewarded
for simply wearing the shirt and participating in the process... not enough balance between performance and pay, combined with the obvious favoritism shown to some players regardless of their glaring lack of production... remember that Ramsey has played in positions that make no sense considering his skill - set (out wide) and has forced
other players off the field or into equally unfamiliar positions with little or no justification (let's remember when you read articles about how Ramsey's
goals this upcoming season being the potential X-factor
for our success that this is the same individual who didn't score a
goal until the final week last season)... this of course is just one example of many... before I hear another word from Mertz I want this club to address the fact that no former player of any real consequence has any important role in the management structure of this club, yet several former Gunners have expressed serious interest in just such an endeavor (Henry, Viera, Adams, Bergkamp... just to name a few legends)... there is only one answer: an extremely insecure manager!!!
plus Ramsey can give us
goals when he is on song vidal isn't a big

I am an Ozil hater and I will say why I hate Ozil, Ozil is not a
goal threat which would allow
other attackers more space, Ozil job is not only to assist but also to score
goals, he drops out of sight when placed under pressure, does not provide the
team with a lift in dire moments (
for our so called big player) and only concentrate on
team defence
for a few minutes.

If Arsenal win this FA Cup match against Lincoln today, the win will not ease any pain the Gooners were allegedly have went through when Arsenal lost to Bayern Munich last Tuesday night at the Ems because there wasn't any pain the Gooners have suffered in the first place when Arsenal lost the match by a 1 - 5 away win
for Bayern Munich which in my own observation was a rigged result
for Bayern Munich by the match referee, his linesman and the
other referee official who was behind the
goal post, a match referee who earlier has denied Arsenal a penalty of their own but later connived against them to award a penalty to Bayern Munich and in the process sent off Koscielny to deliberately weaken Arsenal
team strength to frustrate them in the game.

This is an incredibly difficult question to answer
for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone
for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored
goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as
for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played
for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as
for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad
for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the
other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get
for the january window we might try
for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning
for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring
goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few
goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a
team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some
other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white
for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but
teams will work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Good article states many reasonable conclusions and facts about the season and how amongst all the turmoil we have a manger who does well but one thing in purchases over the last five years we are 6th in the epl were at 366m tottenham in 5th with 397m and he made a mistake there we are 6thin money spent on players but we have had the sanchez saga and new players adjusting to epl and the
team and injuries and it definitely hasnt been our year in ref decisions which have played a factor in games though we still should have won aside from ref but watford and westbrom many
other games are included at city free offside
goal weak penalty and at spurs we were robbed of going one nil up auba onside bu honestly the officiating across the whole league this year has been an embarrassment to professional officials of all sports its been bad game after game they need to get some rigorous training this offseason
for improvement
Next week to Chelsea game Arsenal need to put Danny welbeck in the side against Chelsea which is where they fail to have exceptional pace that arsenal possess to fight the threat of hazard and Willian,
other than that Fabregas will do whatever he can in his power to muster up a
goal so therefore cazorla maybe sacrifices
for Ramsey and Ozil which will bring a quick
team to boot.
Personally, I would keep Ospina and rotate him and Cech everytime one or the
other conceded a
goal, inbetween games, that would give more incentives to improve performances and maybe that kind of rotation could also work
for other areas in the
team.
On the
other hand, if a

goals,
for settlement of wagers.
by not letting that 1

other team, no emotional energy
for them.
Asked if he thought Lambert's problems with him could be personal, the former England international wouldn't rule it out, pointing out that he was never in the side whether or not
other players were injured, and regardless of the
team's need
for goals after a dry spell upfront.
On one hand Benzema is an elite talent with a title - winning pedigree and over 150 league
goals — on the
other hand, he's currently under investigation
for a sex - tape scandal that has him on the outs with both the French national
team and in Rafa Benitez's doghouse at Real Madrid.
We need some midfielders that can be strong and battle
for us!!!! al our midfield are forward thinking and there is such a big hole from them and the back 4, It does not matter who we have playing at the back we will always get attacked with
goals against us with the style of midfielders we have, Let get some steel in the middle of the park, Lets bring in some players that
other teams feel fear playing against us, Look back at our best
teams and we have always had players that will get back and cover and can tackle and win balls in the middle of the park, So many of our midfield now can, t even get back never mind win the ball back when we need it, It is NOT about the price of players it is all about buying players that can balance a good strong
team, At time we need to buy a player who is not a star but is good at doing what we need him to do,
i dot even like watching us play anymore bfg and flamini cant be on at same time when
other teams see them on the
team sheet they know if they counter us well enough they can do us over and famini trying to play rugby and kicking the ball
for trys every attempt on
goal its frustrating to watch and that bfg now omg a ever so slight breeze can get a ball around him if giroud came one on one with mert he would have a field day the only way im playing him is if we park the bus with 5 at the back
