in a negative direction... look, if you read my original posts, you will see that they have much less to do with our economy as they have to do with WHY we are involved
in the middle east and the SOCIAL impact of that.
But until we come to the end of ourselves then we are going to do and say what we want, even as it was with me: It's one
thing to be a heathen, even as I was, but a whole
other ball game to set our hearts on God and His truth; yet, that can only come when we are sick and tired of being sick and tired of our own
lives and we just give up, we know then who has given up by the one they advocate for, even has given place to: Paul said; with my heart I want to do what is right, but my flesh does what I hate: This is when God's grace is sufficient, because our hearts are right with God, but our flesh is not: There is a war going on within these temples, therefore; even as our flesh wins out to do what we hate, our hearts are set on God and His ways which has been established
in the Word of Truth, which then causes us to stand and speak forth what we believe, even as this causes a rending to happen within us, for Christ to be formed
in us this needs to be, as we come up
in His glories even for a
better resurrection for them who believe: The heart wars against our flesh, even as Christ wars against the man of sin within: For out of the abundance of our hearts our mouth doth speak, therefore; if we speak not the Wholesome Words of our Lord, Then our hearts are still wicked: But to advocate for wickedness instead of Christ, one has become a teacher of lawlessness, he then advocates for the man of sin: Many who have come out of religion has done this, as they went from one mountain top «from the extreme right» of self exaltation (Religion) to the
other mountain top «to the extreme left» of the (Heathen) and missed the valley
in - between that is takes to humble us: One extreme to the
other, and missed Jesus: Jesus is taking ones through the valley's to strip us down of all who we are before exalting us to be just as He, even as the Christ
in us overcomes that man of sin (Adam) through theses valleys of contrast that cause a rending to happen within; and when we are rent
in two, we stand on His word of truth, so we too can become one with Him, even as Jesus is with our Father: This is how Christ is formed
in us: Thank - you Father;

good and necessary.

life then
in His words.

This is going to be a shock — the men who actually wrote all the parts
in the Bible and made changes to the infrastructure of Christianity — including Constantine circa 300 AD in Rome — were not afraid of unleashing the occasional metaphor... in other words the Bible is not entirely literal — no, you are supposed to use your imagination... In many cases the disciples didn't actually witness an event — it was long distance and time altered hearsay — God figured Man could handle that... So don't be afraid to dilute - God's cool with that — as long as you do the right thing in life — feed the poor, help your neighbor, don't kill or covet - just be a good and decent person - smile, love and give generously... God doesn't need robots — He wants thoughtful individuals who help!

Can we reconceive theological education
in such a way that (1) it clearly pertains to the totality of human
life,
in the public sphere as
well as the private, because it bears on all of our powers; (2) it is adequate to genuine pluralism, both of the «Christian
thing» and of the worlds
in which the «Christian
thing» is
lived, by avoiding naiveté about historical and cultural conditioning without lapsing into relativism; (3) it can be the unifying overarching goal of theological education without requiring the tacit assumption that there is a universal structure or essence to education
in general, or theological inquiry
in particular, which inescapably denies genuine pluralism by claiming to be the universal common denominator to which everything may be reduced as variations on a theme; and (4) it can retrieve the strengths of both the «Athens» and the «Berlin» types of excellent schooling, without unintentionally subordinating one to the
other?
God allows satan to afflict
others biut he sets limits
in Jobs case he was not to kill him remember that all
things work for
good to those who love God does nt mean that bad
things wont happen as we
live in a sinful world. We can trust him with our
lives and
in his son we have peace but not without struggles or trails.
In our weakness we are made strong.brentnz
The sooner we as so called christians realize that we are the furthist
thing from perfect or special the
better God so loved the world people, that being said the love part thats His department, and if we would know this 1st part we would examine our own
life as we know it and not
others, that we can recieve those promises
in His word that this may speak louder than words.
Personally we should expect persecution when we are following Jesus and walking by the spirit Jesus said that as he was persecuted so will we.It may not be to the same extent that
other believers
in foreign countries who are losing there
lives for there faith. But persecution for righteousness is necessary for us to grow
in our faith just as a tree that is buffeted by winds grows stronger roots. You could call these tests or trails or tribulations or persecutions of a type. What ever comes our way we know that all
things work for
good to those who love the Lord.brentnz
What does it matter when we die what is important is what we do with our
life now.The struggles people find themselves is because of
living a sinful lifestyle you cant play with fire and not get burnt there are consequences.Jesus wants to bring forgiveness and healing and remove the guilt and shame that you are feeling.Ive have been there i was just as guilty i do nt believe theres a big screen that replays our
life if it is it, it will be about what we have done for God as our sins are covered under the blood of Jesus. The judgement for christians is that we must give an account of what we did for Jesus while we were here did we make the most of opportunities given to tell
others to reach out
others with his love.Mat 25:14 - 30 the Parable of the talents talks about judgement and for me it is all about what we do for Jesus the ones who are faithfull
in the small
things are set over much. The one who did nt use his talent that God gave him was punished for his lack of faith. So for those who are struggling with sin and
life Jesus loves you and has a plan for your
life just trust him to help you and he will.To be fair its wont be easy you will have to make some hard choices but he promises to help you through its all about choosing him over choosing what we think
best because he knows whats
best for us.Its important the choice you make as it will impact your
life for eternity.brentnz
then there is no need of hell and heavens, no need of
good and evil... every one will be a
good one... but because of free will we have human doing wrong
things to
others in terms of preaching them to take them away from worshipping one God and so on... and also no will be accountable for
others... its like you are on your own on that day and no counselor / helper... the only helper will be your
good deeds that you have done
in this earthly
life...

But on the
other hand, when
in talking about sin one talks only of such sins, it is so easily forgotten that
in a way it may be all right, humanly speaking, with respect to all such
things up to a certain point, and yet the whole
life may be sin, the
well - known kind of sin: glittering vices, willfulness, which either spiritlessly or impudently continues to be or wills to be unaware
in what an infinitely deeper sense a human self is morally under obligation to God with respect to every most secret wish and thought, with respect to quickness
in comprehending and readiness to follow every hint of God as to what His will is for this self.
Our society is becoming post-Christian, but this is a
good and healthy

Rick i struggled for over 20 years as a christian
in the end i said whats the point of struggling i feel powerless and useless so i gave
in to sin that did nt work either but i was so sick of struggling and seeing the same results i became more miserable and even more powerless
in my struggle with sin.I decided one day no more enough was enough i needed to get my
life back
in order. That was years ago and it was a process over 5 years that God dealt with all those
things in my
life that needed fixing most days i just said to him Lord i cant do this i just do nt have the strength and he said thats okay you cant do it anyway just trust me.So now now i l know what it means to be an overcomer
in Christ sin does not have the victory over me anymore because Jesus is my strength
in my weakness.I know i cant
live a christian
life in my strength but i certainly can with Christ
in me he is my strength and
in him i am an overcomer. If this is speaking to
others just want to let you know that you to can be an overcomer you do nt have to struggle or battle with your walk or feel miserable because you give
in to sin there is a
better way.Just admit that you cant do it and ask for his help for the holy spirit is
in you and he is the one who helps us
in our weakness.regards brentnz
In other words, having a child isn't an «end» to the

The question is being asked whether the price for the present pattern is not too high, whether we could not, without losing me many
good things in our society, have a freer impulse
life, a richer imaginative consciousness, be less alienated from our bodies, be capable of more profound intimacy with a few and more community with many
others.
-- As private individuals, we are responsible for seeking our interest

while breifly going thru this artical it was makeing my stomach turn, this is just what the devil wants is for doubt and confusion, christianity is growing stronger than ever, souls are being saved and
lives are changing every day, and do nt for one minute think any different, or try tp put christians down, why would we loose faith, god answers our prayers everyday, think what you want and do what you do, but do nt try to put
things in other people's opinion or minds, jesus died for our sins, so that we can have
better lives and be forgiven for our sins here on earth and move on to a beter place, becouse souls do nt die «read the bible, if you do nt understand it, find a church that can help you learn a
better way of
life, I pray for everyone out there that does nt know jesus christ as ther savior to accept what he has to offer to you «love forgiveness and ever lasting
life «Christians» stay strong and [ass the word of god on and share all your tedtimonies
in life» god bless everyone»»
It is a small book, and the supporting sociological evidence is mainly referenced
in the footnotes, but Greeley does propose evidence that, among
other things, Catholics have, compared to non-Catholics, a significantly higher appreciation of the arts and high culture; they have more satisfaction and fun
in sex; they
better understand the uses of leisure; they have a deeper and more stable relationship to family and community; they have a greater respect for the
life of the mind, with educational achievements reflecting that respect; and they understand the nuanced connections between freedom and authority.
The first five chapters of the Wisdom of Solomon deal with the promise of immortality for those who are just, and the author attacked the view of those who, seeing no permanent meaning
in life, decided to enjoy the
good things of
life while they could, no matter what suffering their self - centered actions might bring to
others.
Yet I often am made to feel condemned by
others from more evangelical backgrounds, (although some of it is societal attitudes towards the condition, I have non-religious
things who still see medication - free
life as an aim), because I don't tend to assume... or necessarily even aspire to, ever be completely
well in this lifetime.
Tim i found it liberating to just do what the Lord wants you to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if
others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as
well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be
in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am
better not being involved
in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to
others in the worship team i havent wanted to be the leader i have done that
in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship teams i think the Lord has
other plans as the groups i am
in seem to be changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating
in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge change
in my
life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad
thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved from me and what i could do to knowing who i was
in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing
in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time
in everything.
In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services
in the morning and one has services
in the evening so the two do nt really clash.
In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really
well and because i stepped out
in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i do it
in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though
others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by
others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is
in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz
On this level, therefore, as
well as on many
others, as far as Hartshorne is concerned, the analysis of man «drives on (Tillich) to the question of God.32 Moreover, once one attains the vision of all
things as united
in the mind of God, he has reached the ultimate Hartshornian rational basis for feeling sympathetic respect for all creatures as contributing to the
life of God.
If you want to lean on religion, then do the right
thing by making
other people's
lives better, like Paul said
in his second letter to the church.
Birch and Cobb maintain that the ecological model is more adequate than the mechanical model for explaining DNA, the cell,
other biological subject matter (as
well as subatomic physics), because it holds that
living things behave as they do only
in interaction with
other things which constitute their environment (LL 83) and because «the constituent elements of the structure at each level (of an organism) operate
in patterns of interconnectedness which are not mechanical» (LL 83).
This resonated with the experiences of a number of

in the group until one of them — also post-abortive — lashed out angrily and defensively, saying that the abortion was the

life after a man had so badly messed it up.
