peanut butter along with soy sauce, chili - garlic sauce, and a
handful of other ingredients.
Combine 1/2 -3 / 4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla), 3/4 cup frozen berries or
other fruit, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp natural
peanut butter (or 1 tbsp seeds such as flax, hemp or chia), large
handful (or two)
