One of the biggest complaints I hear from my private PCOS Nutrition Coaching patients is that they crave sweets and

foods» of all kinds — break down rapidly, causing a rush of glucose into the blood stream.
If you hate low - fat, low -
carb, and
other stupid unhealthy diets, but like
high quality nutritious
food in proper portions as a method of weight control, you will love this book.
So how could this seemingly
carb dominated
food with a
high amount of sugar not spike the blood sugar levels as much as
other foods?
This includes modern sports nutrition drinks as well as a
higher use of whole
foods such as yams and fruit that are
high in
carbs and can replenish muscle glycogen much faster than
other starchy
foods which take longer to digest.
If you opt for a
higher quality dog
food that has little to no grains (or that doesn't contain an excessive amount of
carbs from things like potatoes), then you'll probably save yourself a lot of money in the long run by preventing numerous trips to the vet's office due to skin problems or
other health issues.
