One of the best strategies to overcome these problems is to help principals and
other instructional leaders understand their role in supporting teachers during and after professional development sessions.
This activity allows instructional leaders a glimpse into classrooms that they did not visit, but more importantly, it gives everyone the opportunity to note the language of the quality feedback and examples of reflective questions offered to teachers
by other instructional leaders.

other instructional leaders in conjunction with Kurzweil Education's curriculum with the goal of improving student performance.

School teams should include the principal and
other instructional leaders, personnel from the guidance department, and grade - level or subject - area teacher representatives.
In our experience working with teachers and

The absence of such data for large numbers of students limits our ability to understand variation across classrooms in student learning, to design programs of professional development to help teachers make their classrooms function more effectively, and to enable principals and
