other workers» compensation law or plan.
(b) if the insurer determines that the Minor Injury Guideline applies, advise the
insured person that the Minor Injury Guideline applies to the
insured person's impairment and provide medical and any
other reasons for the insurer's determination.
The weekly amount of any income replacement or non-earner benefit payable under this Regulation, determined without regard to any
other income replacement assistance, within the meaning of subsection 4 (1), that is received by the
insured person.
